Loba von Lohme is a beautiful 2 year old German Shepherd. What can be characterized as her shyness could also be the behavior of an intelligent girl who needs to get a read on busy, new surroundings before she finds her rightful place. She quickly shows her sweet and loving personality after a few reassuring pets and will follow you around for more of that, please. Likely housebroken, she is adept at learning her sit command and already knows to take treats gently. When it’s time for her walk, she is initially a little unsure but, once she understands what is happening, she walks nicely on her leash. She stays right next to the handler because that feels like a safe place to be. She is cautious at first when meeting other dogs on a walk, but, once properly introduced, she thoroughly enjoys their company.  Off leash in the play yard, she is instantly more comfortable and openly curious and unreserved. She turns out to be a highly social young lady, greeting all the other dogs in the yard in a charming manner. Smart as she is, though, she just walks away from the high-energy, pushy types who do not respect her personal boundaries. This darling girl appreciates kindness and will blossom in a loving home.
